Despite facing challenging weather conditions that necessitated a rapid response from the production team, the spirit of Camper Calling remained undiminished. As rain and wind threatened to disrupt the festivities, the team quickly adapted by lowering the LED screens and adjusting the stage setup to ensure the safety of both performers and attendees. This swift action demonstrated the crew’s resilience and expertise, allowing the show to go on without a hitch.

The festival’s success is a testament to the resilience and dedication of the organizers, technical crews, and attendees alike.

Lee Gruszeckyj and his crew, including Shaun Foster, Liam Batty and CPL’s Live Event Technician Apprentice, Tom Naylor, worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was executed flawlessly. From custom intro sequences for each artist to the seamless management of screen content, their dedication shone through. The backstage area even featured a pop-up bar, allowing the crew to recharge and connect, fostering a sense of community that mirrored the festival’s spirit.
