With site visits completed and brief in hand, your dedicated projects team will start to design the event specific proposal. From Plans, CADS, Visuals and 3d Walkthroughs we will help visualise the event, to ensure your message gets seen and heard in the most creative way, even before the first case is loaded onto the truck! Join in too! Get involved at every stage and tailor your event to the last detail. So, it looks just as you imagined.
CUE 3
Now you are happy with your event concept, let's get the show on the road! All event crew, logistics, and equipment are briefed and confirmed. With everyone in-sync, our qualified warehouse engineers start to prepare your equipment, testing everything down to the last cable. Picked and packed through quality control into our industry renowned flight cases. Your event is now ready to go.
STANDBY
The day has come to start building your vision. Equipment arrives onsite and resources from preproduction are now called upon. CADs, Visuals, meeting notes are now being brought to life by our highly motivated and skilled crew. The respected departments from Set and Stage, audio, video and lighting now work together alongside your dedicated onsite CPL project manager to build your event. Any dynamic event changes are ironed out during rehearsals by our show engineers. We are now in a show ready state.

And we are live! This is where we shine. What was once an idea is now a realization. With our combined focus from the beginning we make sure that every cue is hit, every microphone is live, and every visual is pin sharp and pixel perfect. Now you can sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
